Designed for one individual using Milenovo resources for their own professional work. This is the standard licence supplied with products purchased directly through the Milenovo store.

Team Licence

Designed for a defined number of employees who need shared access to selected Milenovo resources within the same business or organisation.

Organisation Licence

Designed for broader use across an agreed department, business function or organisation. The permitted scope will be confirmed as part of your tailored quotation and licence agreement.

What licensed users can do

Licensed users can:

• Use and edit the included templates for internal professional purposes
• Add their own organisation’s branding and information
• Create completed project documents, reports and presentations
• Share completed outputs with relevant colleagues, stakeholders and clients as part of normal project delivery
• Store the resources within an appropriately controlled internal location accessible only to licensed users

What is not permitted

Unless specifically agreed in writing, Milenovo resources cannot be:

• Shared with individuals who are not covered by the licence
• Resold, sublicensed or redistributed as standalone templates
• Uploaded to public websites, shared drives or template libraries
• Provided to clients or third parties as reusable source files
• Republished, repackaged or used to create competing products for sale

Team and Organisation Licence pricing is based on:

• The department or organisation covered
• Any additional licensing requirements
